Platform Bookings
If your rental reservation is booked and paid through a third-party platform (such as Turo or a similar service), refunds, cancellations, disputes, and chargebacks are handled according to that platform’s policies.
Direct Inquiries
If any payments are accepted directly by Interstate Motors Rental and Service LLC in future (outside a third-party platform), the refund and dispute terms for those transactions will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
